Bill Aldrich has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in serving the needs of teachers, individuals, and families.

After attending college for hospitality management, Bill quickly found his true passion by pairing finance with creating long-lasting client relationships. He began his career as a broker for a hedge fund in Las Vegas before opening his own firm.

Bill seeks to understand his clients prior to making any recommendations. Ensuring that the client is comfortable with any investment decision is of the utmost importance.

Bill enjoys attending Golden Knights and Raider games, traveling, spending time with friends and family and is passionate about local animal charities and improved financial literacy in schools.

Through a partnership with our independent broker-dealer, Cambridge Investment Research, Inc., we have access to a team of virtual office assistants who allow us to spend more time with our clients by taking on more administrative tasks. Lauren Thomas joined the Cambridge Source Office Assistant program in July of 2023. Lauren specializes in assisting financial professionals with account management, reporting and planning, communication, and client management. She currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona, where she enjoys going to comedy shows, attending local events, and spending time with her family and pets. Before joining Cambridge, Lauren graduated from Ohio University with a BA in International Business with a focus on Finance. Lauren also has the following licenses:
